Review: The Way X-MEN Defeats APOCALYPSE

As the entire Marvel fans were excited battle between the Avengers, there were some who were waiting for the X-Men-Apocalypse, the film which is in the list “2016 Supuerhero films club”. The ninth installment in the X-Men film series, X-Men-Apocalypse is the sequel to X-Men: Days of Future Past and prequel to first X-Men film released in 2000. Here is the trailer:

The story revolves around the immortal psychic mutant En Sabah Nur a.k.a Apocalypse who wants to destroy the entire mankind to begin the new era. Brainwashing the mind of young mutants like Storm, Magneto, Angel and Psylocke, he makes them his powerful mutant Horsemen. When Professor X, Beast, Mystique and Havok finds that their old friend Erik Lehnsherr (Magneto) is in danger, they try to find him through Cerebro and try to convince him to return. But Apocalypse hacks Professor’s mind and later kidnaps him to, so that he can merge the body and control everyone with the mind power. Seeing this Mystique and Beast decides to rescue Professor by leading the young mutants Cyclops, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler and Quicksilver (who reveals that Magneto is his father). But they inorder to rescue their leader they need to battle against Apocalypse and the Horsemen.

The entire move is been developed by good screenplay, amazing vfx (no doubt in that) and perfect acting by the entire cast. The original X-Men director Bryan Singer made another installment successful with the right of elements. The VFX crew did an exception job in many scenes, like the destructions by Magneto, Quicksilver’s speedster, Angel’s wings and Apocalypse’s godly power. There were few scenes which were unexpected and really great, as I don’t want to reveal many spoilers. This is a must watch film in theaters for X-Men geeks.
