Entertainment: Upcoming VFX Movie Trailers of 2015

VFX has turned out to be a major role in every cinema now. 2014 gave us great VFX films like Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Interstellar, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, etc. All of them had a very great VFX works and viewers had a great experience watching it with 3D glass. 

This year we may not witness a large amount of comic book films like last 2014, but there are few films you need to watch out. For instance, I'm waiting for Jurrasic World and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Check out the trailers:

1. Ant-Man

Ant-Man is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters of the same name. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, the film is directed by Peyton Reed, and stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Judy Greer, Tip "T.I" Harris, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris, Jordi Mollà, and Michael Douglas. The films is scheduled to be released on July 17, 2015.


2. Avengers: Age of Ultron

Avengers: Age of Ultron is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team The Avengers. It is a sequel to 2012's Marvel's The Avengers. The film is directed by Joss Whedon, who directed the the first edition. Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner are reprising the Marvel character. Also in supporting Don Cheadle, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Stellan Skarsgård, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson, which is a very long list. The film is Avengers: Age of Ultron is scheduled for release on May 1, 2015 in North America, in 3D and IMAX 3D.

3. Chappie

Chappie is an upcoming American science fiction film directed by the District 9 and Eysium creator Neill Blomkamp. The screenplay, written by Blomkamp and Terri Tatchell, is based on Blomkamp's 2004 short film Tetra Vaal. The film stars Sharlto Copley, Dev Patel, and Hugh Jackman. The film is set to be released on March 6, 2015.

4.  Furious 7 

Fast & Furious 7 is an upcoming American action film. It is the sequel to the 2013 film Fast & Furious 6 and the seventh installment in the Fast & Furious film series. The film is directed by James Wan. It stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker (final appearance), Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black and Jason Statham. With the previous three installments being set between 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003) and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), Furious 7 is the first film of the series to take place after Tokyo Drift. 

5. Jurrasic World

Jurassic World is an upcoming 2015 American 3D science fiction adventure film. It is the fourth installment in the Jurassic Park film series. The film stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Irrfan Khan. Colin Trevorrow is directing a screenplay he co-wrote with Derek Connolly, with Patrick Crowley and Frank Marshall producing. Steven Spielberg, director of the original Jurassic Park and The Lost World, acts as executive producer as he did for the third movie. The film is scheduled to be released on June 12, 2015 in North America

6. Ted 

Ted 2 (stylized as ted 2) is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Seth MacFarlane and written by MacFarlane, Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild. It is the sequel to MacFarlane's 2012 film Ted. The film stars MacFarlane as the title character, along with Mark Wahlberg and Amanda Seyfried. The film is scheduled to be released on June 26, 2015, by Universal Pictures.
