Review: AVENGERS - Age Of Awesome!!

The most awaited film by Marvel's extraordinary super team the Avengers: Age of Ultron released in India with awesomeness, great fights and yes, with more super cool visual and special effects. Directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Walt Disney Pictures this is the 11th installment of Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As we all expected, the film is a full pack entertainment, worth of money, and kickass action film. It includes all our favourite actors and superheroes reprising the same role from the first Avenger film and some new characters too.

To brief the story, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner discovers an artificial intelligence from Loki’s scepter, which they found in Sokovia and tries to include it in Stark’s global defence program “Ultron”. After a lot of test Ultron wake up, kill J.A.R.V.I.S., start attacking the Avengers and escape with Loki’s scepter. Meanwhile Ultron activate the Hydra’s base in Sokovia, upgrade into a robotic body and creates robot drones to destroy the Avengers and extinct the human race with an evolution. The twins, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, who were Hydra’s leader Baron Strucker’s experiment, join Ultron with the rage to destroy Stark. Avengers are faced by Ultron, who is in a new form and their mind is manipulated by Scarlet Witch, letting them to see scary visions. The team after all the damage done is out of the city and go to somewhere safe. They later understand that Ultron is creating a human Android uploading its data into it with the help of an Infinity Stone from Loki’s scepter, trying to create an evolution by destroying human race. Scarlet reads the Android mind, is exposed to Ultron’s evil plan and the twins are now against it and they join the Avengers. The Avengers get the Android’s body from Ultron and give it Stark to destroy it, but later Stark conveys to Banner that J.A.R.V.I.S. is not dead and he can upload J.A.R.V.I.S.’s data in the Android. Captain America and the twins warn Stark not to do it as it dangerous, which later turns to fights between the teams. Thor comes and electrifies the Android who is alive from the charging, which reveal itself as The Vision and sounds like J.A.R.V.I.S. Vision agrees to join the Avengers to stop Ultron. They go to Sovokia and meanwhile Ultron plans to destroy the town. Avengers tries to evacuate the locals from the town but are attacked by the robot drones. Ultron start the machine which tears a part of Sovokian town which rise up in the sky and many civilians are stuck in it. Avengers help to evacuate the people, fight against Ultron, destroy it and save the town.
The direction of the film is amazing by Joss Whedon and the script writers made it clear with many things, but not all. The production value is really amazing which is leading for good box office hits. Industrial Light & Magic created some amazing visual effects for the film, like they did for the first part. They developed  a new motion capture system for the film called Muse, which can better capture the actor's performance and combine different takes The amazing scene created was the entire fight sequence between Hulk and the Hulkbuster. This scene had amazing vfx, cool fights and nice way to show the technology of the Hulkbuster.
There were many surprising facts revealed in the film, like the team didn’t knew that Hawkeye is married and has kids, romantic bonding between Black Widow and Bruce Banner, The Avengers are the new S.H.I.E.L.D., the whole new storyline Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch and revealing the new Avengers’ team. Also there is a post-credit scene of Thanos the supervillan, is getting ready to get the Infinity Stones by retrieving the Infinity Gauntlet. But something was left with questions like why didn’t Stark cleared out Ultron’s upgraded robot and its army drones from Strucker’s base in Sovokia and how did Strucker get Loki’s staff.
Story wise the film is okay as it was not that appealing and good humour is not enough in the story. If you do the comparison the first Avenger film had better structure on story, like the forming of the team, good flow of Loki’s rage and many more.

Overall the film is AWESOME and Marvel fans should definitely go and watch it.
