News: Weta Digital Created A CGI Face Of Paul Walker For FURIOUS 7

Its been more than a year, the Fast & Furious cool guy Paul Walker passed away in a car accident. The entire world still mourned for the actor and the entire cast was in a critical situation of completing the Furious 7 without its main character "Brian O'Conner". Universal Pictures put production on hold indefinitely. Later director James Wan and the producers decided to continue the film, and decided to show Paul's character as retired instead of killed.

It was announced that the late actor's brothers Caleb and Cody Walker will finish the remaining shoot, playing the lead role, and CGI would be used for Walker's face and voice. Peter Jackson's vfx studio Weta Digital created the CGI face of Paul Walker, which was placed on the brothers' faces during the post-production.
