News: Disney Introduced The New Voice For Moana

In the recent D23 event, Disney introduced its upcoming 3D animated film about a young navigator Moana. Dwayne Johnson is one of the lead who is voicing for the demi-god character Maui and now Disney revealed a new voice for the female lead, Auli'i Cravalho as Moana Waialiki.

The plot is set in the ancient South Pacific world of Oceania, a born navigator, Moana, sets sail in search of a fabled island. During her journey, she teams up with her hero, the legendary demi-god, Maui. The film is set to release on November 23, 2016.

On October 7th, 2015, Disney released a video related to the casting of a 14 year old high school girl as the voice artist for the lead character. Check it out here:
